Geriatric Therapy
Preserving mobility, balance, and independence as we age — I support you with care and patience, at my Zurich practice or personally in your home.
Book AppointmentWhat is Geriatric Therapy?
Geriatric therapy is a specialist branch of physiotherapy dedicated to maintaining and improving the physical function, independence, and quality of life of older adults. As we age, muscle strength, balance, and coordination naturally decline — increasing the risk of falls, reduced mobility, and loss of independence. Through tailored exercise programmes, hands-on therapy, and careful guidance, I help older adults stay active, confident, and safe in their own home.
