Prep & Rehab GmbH is a physiotherapy practice located at Brandschenkestrasse 6, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. We provide orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic floor training, and geriatric therapy at our practice, as well as through home visits within the city of Zurich. Our physiotherapists are licensed professionals operating in accordance with applicable Swiss healthcare regulations.

The booking form on this Site allows you to submit an appointment request. Submitting the form does not constitute a confirmed appointment. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, discuss your needs, and finalize the appointment details.
An appointment is only confirmed once you receive explicit written or verbal confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline a booking request at our discretion.
We see patients at our practice on Brandschenkestrasse 6 in Zurich, and also offer home visits within the city of Zurich, Switzerland. If you are unsure whether we serve your location, please contact us at info@prep-rehab.ch before submitting a booking request.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Full details of our cancellation policy — including any applicable fees — will be communicated to you at the time of appointment confirmation. By confirming an appointment, you accept the cancellation terms as communicated.
No payment is collected through this Site. Payment terms, rates, and accepted payment methods are communicated directly with clients prior to or at the time of the first appointment. Our current rates are available on our Rates page.
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of applicable Swiss VAT where required by law.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health status, current medications, and relevant medical history when submitting a booking request or communicating with us. Withholding relevant medical information may compromise the safety and effectiveness of your treatment.
Our physiotherapist reserves the right to decline, pause, or modify treatment at any time if clinical circumstances make it inappropriate to proceed as planned. This includes situations where undisclosed health conditions, acute deterioration, or contraindications become apparent.
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, please call the emergency services immediately (Switzerland: 144 for ambulance, 117 for police).
